  • Monday and Wednesday morning will be at Rec. Friday and Saturday are TBD.
  • Evenings are still at Williams this week.

Morning practices are pretty nice too! On Thursday Kelly completed swimming 25 miles in June to raise awareness of soldier PTSD. She raided funds for Stop Soldier Suicide. Way to go Kelly! Long course evening swims are pretty nice! #usmastersswimming #swimming #usms #adultswimming When stars are out on crisp, clear mornings, with the Big Dipper overhead, sometimes Coach notices things. Maybe it's a satellite, maybe it's a UFO, or maybe he needs less coffee. The end of morning practice isn't so dark any more! We had some spooky sets over the weekend and this morning! Did our Fall Fitness Challenge! Moon over Happy Friday practice! The stars have been great! Our team grouch on National Grouch Day.
